Central to our client care and service delivery, we are always available across each of the teams to ensure our clients are fully up to speed with the status of their individual assets and entire portfolios.

We have multiple reporting platforms which link seamlessly with ours and our client's management tools to ensure we stay one step ahead.

Ginny Simpson Reporting and Data Management

Ginny graduated from Birmingham City University in 2006 where she was studying part time whilst working at Johnson Fellows. Ginny worked at Johnson Fellows for 10 years in a variety of roles, initially employed as a Secretary, then the Accounts Department, Property Administrator, and finally as a Property Management Surveyor.

Ginny joined the Property Management team at Vine in 2013, and achieved her MRICS qualification shortly thereafter. Ginny has experience of working with a wide range of property types including industrial, retail, office and residential management.

In 2015 Ginny changed job roles and is currently a member of the Client Liaison and Portfolio Management team at Vine Head Office.

Client Liaison

- Delivering the right provision for you and your portfolio, including full property accounting services through to systems support and training.

- Ensuring that we deliver efficient, painless transference of assets into the Vine Property Management support systems.

Face to face meetings and reporting from the whole team on a regular basis, driven by our clients’ requirements.
