Based in Glasgow, our team manage property in all of Scotland’s major commercial centres from The Borders to Aberdeen for many of our largest clients operating in the industrial, retail and office markets. Our experienced team of Property Managers are known across the region for their in depth knowledge of the markets and occupiers that operate in this part of the country. Ralph started within the commercial property sector in 2005 assisting with surveys, valuations, agency and management before moving into solely commercial management.

90,646 Sq Ft Industrial Park in Linwood near Glasgow built in 2007. The property consists of 4 warehousing units with an adjacent yard. The Park is fully let, occupiers are Supply Technologies, VT Flagship, Bunzl, Curot Contracts. Vine have managed this estate since 2012.

Paisley Shopping Centre was officially opened in 1992 by Princess Diana. The centre comprises of 186,000 sq ft of retail space within the heart of Paisley town centre, together with a nearby multi-storey car park. The scheme includes retailers such as Boots, JD Sport, Optical Express and Greggs. The property has been manged by Vine Property Management since December 2015.
Clyde Retail Park is situated 8 miles north west of Glasgow and comprises of 149,046 sq ft and 530 car spaces. The property is let to National retailers including TK Maxx, TJ Morris (Home Bargains), Matalan, Halfords, Sports Direct, Dreams, Go Outdoors, KFC, Jolley’s, the Food Warehouse by Iceland and Archers Sleep Centre. The property has been managed by Vine Property Management since June 2016.
Brucefield Industry Park is one of Scotland’s largest industrial estates held under single ownership and situated 1 mile south of Livingston’s town centre. Brucefield comprises of 557,518 sq ft of modern industrial units and is let to tenants including Deutsche Windtechnik, PHS Group, EDF, Zonal, SCC, Diet Chef , Ashtead Plant Hire and new letting to Valneva. The property has been managed by Vine Property Management since December 2018.
