Our North West team are based just outside Manchester and are well positioned to serve the whole of the region which extends down to the North Midlands, West to incorporate North Wales and dovetails with the North East division around the Pennines.
The Manchester team have seen continued and consistent growth in their portfolio and now a team of 4 Property Managers with specialist administration support look after more than 100 assets and over 600 individual tenancies. This region collects over £43 million in rent and managers over 9 million sq ft of commercial stock. This region is managed by Wendy Savill.
Key team members
Richard joined Vine Property Management LLP in March 2016, having previously worked for Colliers International where he was part of the Industrial & Logistics Agency team.
As a commercial property surveyor possessing over 7 years’ experience in the industry, Richard has dealt in a wide range of aspects including property management, purchase, sale, leasing, valuing and surveying of commercial properties. Prior to Colliers, Richard was employed at Maryland Securities Ltd, where his principal responsibility was the management of a commercial portfolio (worth up to £45m) of industrial, office, retail and leisure properties throughout the North West of England. Day to day duties involved the identification and completion of real estate asset management initiatives, these include leasing, rent reviews, development, refurbishment and generating new leads as well as carrying out viewings.
Cameron joined Vine Property Management LLP in August 2005, having previously worked as an Area Building Manager for GVA Grimley Onsite since 2001. During this time Cameron worked for many National and Local clients on a wide range of Commercial Property including retail parks, shopping centres, multi let offices, industrial estates and regeneration land management. He successfully completed his National General Certificate in Occupational Safety and Health in February 2004 and is a current member of The Institute Of Occupational Safety & Health. Prior to working in Property Management, Cameron had worked in the Construction Industry since 1985 and over the period of time had worked on a wide variety of construction and asbestos removal projects throughout the UK.
Janine is a Senior Property Manager who specialises in the management of commercial properties throughout the North West of England. She has over 24 years’ experience managing industrial, offices, retail, leisure and mixed-use property. She has managed properties on behalf of a wide variety of clients including private investors, property companies and pension funds. Janine joined Vine Property Management in May 2015.
Peter joined Vine Property Management LLP in March of 2019 having previously worked as a property consultant within the commercial property sector.
As a commercial property professional possessing over 14 years’ experience within the industry, Peter has accumulated a great amount of experience which includes property management, building management, leasing/licensing, valuing, surveying and asset management of commercial properties. Prior to his consultancy work, Peter was employed as a Property Services Manager at Bizspace Limited overseeing part of the Highcross LLP portfolio in the North West where his principle responsibility was the management of a commercial property portfolio with a valuation in excess of £40m. Prior to that, Peter worked as an Infrastructural Asset Manager and a Business Analyst at Barclays Bank managing tangible and non-tangible assets.
