Responsible for the strategic management of Vine Property Management, ensuring that a consistent quality of service is delivered to clients. James has 20 years experience in property management and property asset management.

Steve Twomlow BSc (Hons) MRICS

Steve has overall responsibility for providing property management services. Steve joined the business in 1999, having previously worked in private practice undertaking sales lettings & management of commercial and residential property.

Des Morris BSc (Hons) FRICS

Des is responsible for monitoring and providing support to Vine’s property managers. Des has over 30yrs experience in the property industry. Des worked for British Land for 17yrs most recently as a Director of British Land Corporation Ltd. His former employers include National Freight Co. Ltd and The Valuation Office

Jackie Jelfs

Jackie has day to day responsibility for company accounting and personnel, joining the business in 2000. Partnership Administrator, who deals with all financial and personnel matters.

Alison Anderson

Alison is responsible for secretarial support for the whole UK network, having previously worked with the iO Group Ltd.

Liz Stanyer

Liz is responsible for the day to management of company databases.

Rent and Records

Mark Anderson

Responsible for the management of the rent collection team and ensuring the integrity of the tenancy database. Mark has over 15 years experience in financial management in the property sector having worked previously for the io Group and Donaldsons.

Jane Smith

Jane is responsible for client reporting, bank reconciliation and financial record keeping, having previously worked in the legal sector.

Trevor Pettitt

Trevor is the property cashier, dealing with all incoming funds.

Kelly Taylor

Kelly is responsible for the credit control of a portfolio of commercial property, having previously gained experience in company credit control.

Ann Watkins

Ann is responsible for the credit control of a portfolio of commercial property, having previously worked for Phoenix Beard.

Service Charge

Chris Hibberd MAAT

Chris is responsible for the management of the Service Charge accounting team. Chris has considerable experience in the property sector having worked previously as Property Accounts Manager for Industrious Asset Management.

Wayne Irwin

Wayne is responsible for the financial management of a portfolio of service charge schemes. Wayne has previous experience in both company accounting and property management accounting having worked for Industrious Asset Management.

Tina Gregory

Tina is responsible for the property purchase ledger for all service charge schemes, having joined the business in 2002.
