Trevor is the property cashier, dealing with all incoming funds.

Kelly Taylor

Kelly is responsible for the credit control of a portfolio of commercial property, having previously gained experience in company credit control.

Ann Watkins

Ann is responsible for the credit control of a portfolio of commercial property, having previously worked for Phoenix Beard.

Service Charge

Chris Hibberd MAAT

Chris is responsible for the management of the Service Charge accounting team. Chris has considerable experience in the property sector having worked previously as Property Accounts Manager for Industrious Asset Management.

Wayne Irwin

Wayne is responsible for the financial management of a portfolio of service charge schemes. Wayne has previous experience in both company accounting and property management accounting having worked for Industrious Asset Management.

Tina Gregory

Tina is responsible for the property purchase ledger for all service charge schemes, having joined the business in 2002.
