Vine Property Management fully utilise IT systems and new technology to ensure that we keep pace with constantly changing business needs. We have invested substantially in IT systems and continually upgrade our database to provide easy and immediate access to accounting and property information for our staff, external consultants, and clients.

Each property management contract can be tailored to meet the requirements of the client. Where necessary our systems can be directly linked to clients own databases or alternatively full and open on-line access can be provided to allow systems to be interrogated by clients own personnel.

Vine understands the importance of ensuring IT keeps pace with changing requirements:

  • Property Management Database
    Vine invests to ensure that our property management software constantly evolves to meet the requirements of our clients. All surveyors are equipped with laptop computers which link to a single property management database. Our staff are trained to ensure that the system is fully utilised as a property management tool.

    If required, information on our database can be shared with clients to enable up to the minute reporting of financial matters. In addition we currently share data with environmental consultants and insurance brokers, minimising the need for them to duplicate information and ensuring data integrity across portfolios.
  • Bespoke integrated process management
    A bespoke system unique to Vine Property Management has been developed to provide tenancy information to professional teams undertaking rent reviews and lease renewals. Our database provides full tenancy information that ensures a complete control of the process from the service of legal notices to the updating of data on completion of negotiations.

  • Electronic Filing
    In addition to the property management database our team have access to an electronic filing system which contains all incoming and outgoing correspondence, together with essential documents such as environmental reports and asbestos registers. Information can be accessed and updated remotely by surveyors and provided promptly when required by occupiers or clients. The system also includes access to a full legal library containing lease information, plans and lease pro forma prepared by solicitors.
