Vine Property Management, established in 1994, provides commercial property management services to property investors and developers. The team currently manage a UK wide portfolio of properties covering all market sectors with a capital value of in excess of £1.5 bn.

Vine focuses solely on providing high quality property management services through a network of nine local management offices, run by senior and experienced property managers.

Finance functions including credit control are based centrally in Birmingham, thereby enabling local offices to concentrate on the day to day, hands on, management of the portfolio.

Vine has specific expertise in the management of multi-leased properties and portfolios, and the capability, where required, to integrate with clients property asset management teams and their management systems.

Our team works closely with asset managers, owners and occupiers, ensuring that properties are actively managed. Income returns are maintained and enhanced through strong financial control and estate management. Asset management expertise can be incorporated into the service, offered through our parent company Collingwood Rigby.
